Process
How a deal works
- 01
Open a deal
Both parties message me on Telegram and agree on the terms in writing.
- 02
Buyer sends funds
Buyer sends the agreed amount + fee to me. I confirm receipt in chat.
- 03
Seller delivers
Seller hands over the goods, account, or service to the buyer.
- 04
Funds released
Once the buyer confirms everything is good, I release funds to the seller.
Fees
5% of the deal. $5 minimum.
The fee is paid by whichever side you agree on (usually split or buyer-side). I'll confirm the exact amount in chat before anything moves.

Rules
Read before opening a deal
- 01
Both parties must explicitly agree to use Cold as the middleman before any funds move.
- 02
All terms of the deal — what's being exchanged, amount, who pays the fee — must be stated in the group chat.
- 03
Once funds are sent to me, they're held until both parties confirm. No early releases.
- 04
Payment methods: crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL) and PayPal F&F only. No goods/services on PayPal.
- 05
No chargeback-prone methods on the buyer side. I'm not liable for reversals on disallowed methods.
